Marvel of 4 seasons is a very hardy and reliable French Heirloom variety. It's possible to sow and harvest this variety even in colder periods of the year. It forms a loose head surrounded by dark green, crispy leaves with a red rim. This red turns darker when the weather is getting colder. Semi-hardy annual.

Keep the seedlings approx. 20 - 30 cm apart, to ensure the forming of the heads.
Sow outdoors from may on, when there's no longer any danger of nightfrosts. Sow in rows approx. 20 - 30 cm apart, 3 seeds in one hole approx. 20 cm apart. Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil. Thin the young seedlings to 1 strongest per hole, approx. 3 - 4 weeks after germination.
