A small, perennial, spreading plant with daisy-like flowers in summer and scented, feathery, gray-green foliage. The leaves and flowers are often used as tea and for medicial purposes against: stress, nervous tensions, menstrual pain, winter hands and feet, eczema and rash, joint pains, rheumatism etc.

Sow outdoors from april on sow shallow and rake the seeds carefully in the soil. Keep moist and weed free. Germination takes about 10 - 14 days. Thin the seedlings to 30 cm apart when they are large enough to handle. Camomile is a plant that can easily spread itself and it can be cut to keep it even. Sideshoots will develop, cut these sideshoots of to transplant them elsewhere in Your garden. This perennial can overwinter outdoors on a very sheltered spot.
