Soak the seeds, about 24 hours before sowing in tepid water. This helps to speed up the germination. Sow indoors for an early harvest from april on. Sow the seeds in individual pots about 3 - 4 cm deep. Cover with a thick layer of soil. Keep the temperate between 18 - 22 °c as constant as possible. Keep moist and weedfree.
Sow outdoors from may on in warmed up soil. Sow deep and cover the seeds with a thick layer of soil. Keep moist and weedfree. Beans hate cold soil. Thin the seedlings, when they're large enough to handle to about 25 - 30 cm. Give the plants a very sturdy support. Harvest the beans when they're about 25 cm in size and cut them with scissors of the plant. Give enough water and feeding.
